weaver@gentoo.org Andrey Kislyuk GBrowse is a generic genome browser. sci-biology GBrowse is a generic genome browser written in perl, could run as CGI, under mod_perl. Something called Apache::Registry should make it faster. It uses mysql or postgres as the storage engine.
