  0. Create a new database, for example::
	mysqladmin create flyspray

  1. Ensure that ${MY_INSTALLDIR}/${PN}.conf.php is writeable by the
  webserver:
	chown apache:apache ${MY_INSTALLDIR}/${PN}.conf.php

  2. Login on
  http://${VHOST_HOSTNAME}/${VHOST_APPDIR}
  and follow the directions.
