dev-lang/ruby: fix x32 support, bug 480238
Fix x32 support by backporting upstream's ruby 2.1 fixes. Thanks for Bertrand Jacquin for providing and testing the patches. Fixes bug 480238 Package-Manager: portage-2.2.20.1
