sci-electronics/kicad: bump to KiCad-4.0.0-rc1
New use flags: examples, github, i18n, minimal, python, webkit. More languages for i18n. Package source now downloads from project website. Update dependencies and address wxwidgets upgrade issue. USE flag 'debug' made functional in the bumped ebuild.
