Every lc plugin necessarily links to both qtcore and qtgui,
otherwise it is not loadable by the lc-core. Although possibly being a
(mis)feature of the plugin API, this is unlikely to get fixed any time
soon if at all, so let's save some duplication and avoid putting these
deps in each of the ~70 ebuilds.

To prevent MITM attacks, always use HTTPS with GitHub domains. GitHub
supports "Smart HTTPS" git which means that shallow clones are possible
over HTTPS. Don't use a git:// fallback because this would allow an
attacker to always force fallback to an unsafe protocol.

This commit represents a new era for Gentoo:
Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS.
This commit is the start of the NEW history.
Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point.
Creation process:
1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot
2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files
3. Transform all Manifests to thin
4. Remove empty Manifests
5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$
5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags.
