Most usage of KMS requires GBM, which is provided by Mesa, which
currently doesn't work on m68k.

Force Xorg without Mesa. Mesa has been tested on m68k with VirtIO-GPU
under QEMU and seems quite broken.

x11-libs/cairo has already been keyworded for ages. This is the only
package keyworded for m68k with the svg USE flag, and it at least
builds fine on that arch.
