This change deletes the following profiles:
default/linux/m68k/17.0/desktop (exp)
default/linux/m68k/17.0/desktop/gnome (exp)
default/linux/m68k/17.0/developer (exp)
Use plain 'default/linux/m68k/17.0' instead.

The G/FBSD team is not really capable of supporting a stable profile
anymore. More and more packages are failing due to upstream relying
on Linux userland and/or newer FreeBSD version. At the same time, our
core packages are outdated and vulnerable, and nobody worked on them
for a long time.

Having the windows version in profile does not make so much sense,
instead the MSVC version would. But as the profile is identical for any
MSVC version except for CHOST, the profile does not set CHOST but relies
on the user to choose CHOST as argument to prefix-stack-setup, one out
of the list from (sys-devel/parity) 'parity-setup --list-available'.
The generic profile was added earlier, without the profiles.desc entry.

'profiles.desc' should decribe all available profiles (deprecated
or not). Let's remove profile entry with profile together.
