- Bug 729062 "Services and Software which is critical for Gentoo should be
  developed/run in the Gentoo namespace"
  Mail not sent yet to start discussion. whissi to send mail.

- Bug 736418 "rework virtual/libudev and virtual/udev so that the non-systemd
  default udev provider is sys-fs/udev"
  Only filed very recently. Discussion still ongoing. Council to defer.
