1) Roll call
=======================================================

Present: dilfridge, gyakovlev, patrick, slyfox, ulm, whissi, williamh

2) Approval of the changes to GLEPs 1 and 2 [2]
=======================================================

The changes to GLEPs 1 and 2, as posted in [2] ("New GLEPs are to be licensed
under CC-BY-SA-4.0") were approved by unanimous vote (7 yes).

3) Discussion on the importance of cooperation [3]
=======================================================

The question asked on the mailing list was:
"Should Gentoo developers be expected to be able to find a way to work together
to build a somewhat consistent distribution, or should it be allowed for
individual developers to 'run their own shops' and ignore everybody else?"

This was not seen as an actionable item. If more specific issues occur the topic
can be revisited.

4) Bugs with council involvment [4]
=======================================================

Bug 642072, "[Tracker] Copyright policy" [5]
Can be closed after the stabilization of Portage 2.3.81, where bug 667432
"DCO_SIGNED_OFF_BY is a misleading name" [6] is fixed and the variable has been
renamed to SIGNED_OFF_BY.

Bug 662982, "[TRACKER] New default locations for the Gentoo repository,
distfiles, and binary packages" [7]
There is only bug 574752 "Rename portage-YYYYMMDD.tar* snapshots with
gentoo-YYYYMMDD.tar*" [8] as blocker, and infra is working on fixing it.

Bug 696882, "Register /EFI/Gentoo namespace in UEFI Subdirectory Registry" [9]
There has been no news. The bug is re-assigned to the Gentoo Foundation
trustees.

Bug 700364, "License council summaries under CC-BY-SA-4.0" [10]
This has been dealt with in the previous and today's meeting; the bug can be
closed.

Bug 637328, "GLEP 14 needs to be updated" [11]
Since no action is expected anymore, the bug is closed as WONTFIX.
