added metadata directory
helpful if you want to speed up update-eix (eix-sync)
by using the faster cache method metadata-flat instead of parse|ebuild*
add the following to your /etc/eixrc
CACHE_METHOD="/usr/portage/local/multilib-overlay metadata-flat %{ADD_CACHE_METHOD}"
and run the following before git commit
egencache --update --repo=multilib
