dev-perl/IO-Socket-SSL: Bump to version 2.45.0
Upstream:
- Avoid problems with global __DIE__ handlers in eval-based
'require' tests.
- Fix memory leak with undestroyed CREATED_IN_THIS_THREAD ssl
objects
- Don't track SSL Objects/Context if Perl is compiled without
thread support
- Fix tests for older Net::SSLeay without openssl SSLV3 Support
- Avoid closing sockets when fatal errors occur with option
SSL_keepSocketOnError
