we keep:
- El Capitan (10.11), latest version to support e.g. iMacs from 2008
- High Sierra (10.13), latest version to support e.g. iMacs from 2011
- 3 most recent releases Mojave (10.14), Catalina (10.15) and Big Sur
  (11.x)
