+It was noted that currently GH CI functionality can already be used by adding
+.github directory with proper yaml configuration, some gentoo projects already
+use that.
+Also tags made on gentoo infra git are already mirrored to github.
+
+As no more discussion happened on this topic and it's not clear which projects
+proposition author wants to use that on, council could not approve or reject
+this motion.

+antarus mentioned that gitlab instance is in the works too, and it will be
+much more preferred once implemented.
