www-servers/nginx: Bumped to v1.11.11 mainline
Ebuild changes:

- rtmp module bumped to v1.1.11
- mod_security masked because incompatible with recent changes
in nginx-1.11.11. We will have to switch to the new
ModSecurity v3 Nginx Connector in future but there isn't any
release/tagged version yet.
