sys-devel/parity: upstream dropped VC 7.x support
Visual Studio 2003 does require Windows XP or Windows Server 2003 to run, which both are discontinued. In contrast, Visual Studio 2005 does run on Windows 10 still. Package-Manager: Portage-2.3.84, Repoman-2.3.20 Signed-off-by: Michael Haubenwallner <haubi@gentoo.org>
